Mr. Douglas Ebenstein leads the retail development and leasing efforts across the east coast – mainly in the Washington DC Metropolitan area, including the Virginia and Maryland suburbs.

Capital Commercial Properties played a key role in developing a large mixed-use site located in Alexandria, Virginia. It is comprised of more than 500 residential units along with several prominent national commercial tenants and is located only minutes away from the nation’s capital. Doug Ebenstein serves as the President of Eden Center, Inc, which manages and owns the leading Asian shopping center located on the East Coast. Eden Center was transformed into a premier cultural destination by the company. It features over 115 tenants, which includes 24 fine Vietnamese restaurants. In 1997 Eden Center was recognized for this accomplishment by being named in Falls Church, Virginia as “Most Improved Commercial Property” and in 2014 and 2015 the Washington City Paper voted it as “Best Shopping Center.”
